I would never call myself a social media expert; I don’t think that anyone can. That’s one of the things I love most about social media - much like fashion, it is always changing and reinventing itself, always searching for a new approach, a new innovator and rising star.

In the years I've spent on social media - both personally and professionally - I have learned many valuable lessons about how to leverage digital media. I love to push boundaries and discover new ways to make the Internet a successful social and retail platform.
